VUE Cinemas
Working within the team at EPAM, I worked with VUE cinemas. Over those 3 and a bit years we delivered a whole host of creative across many mediums.

This role was a blanket designer ie. I worked on graphic design projects, motion design projects and video edits. I believe a lot of those skills work in tandem and my time with VUE really pushed me in these disciplines.
Get Lost in Creative
I've delivered a lot of varied outputs. From projects for use in venue, the digital screens in the hall, the cinema screen itself and the jumbotron in Leicester square, to assets for web, email and social. Many campaigns worked across all outputs.
The bigger campaigns were showcased internationally at VUE's international branches e.g. The Space Cinemas, Multikino and VUE Netherlands. In these cases any edits / assets would be translated and so I'd build the files to be changed efficiently.

The Barbie campaign won a Lovie award for the creative and concept. A credit to the team at EPAM and VUE.

I'd be happy to chat about any work specifically, there is so much that it's impossible to write up about it all. On this page are some of the highlights. As well as a video grid showing off the sheer scope of work in visual form (created about 2 years into working with VUE).

Video Editing
A skill I've used throughout my career, one that I loved before I even knew motion design was a thing, is editing video. I feel all my roles even after VUE included editing video. So, although I put myself as a motion designer first because I feel it is my specialism, I do believe I've had a good amount of experience editing video.

Motion design and video editing I believe do go hand in hand, one can enhance the other.

Below are a few edits from many that I enjoy and showcase my ability with music, sfx and motion design.

The last video here is for IF and involves comping on characters to footage. It was an interesting challenge that tested my colour grading ability under pressure. As the characters are IP, it was important their colours stayed true to how the studio presents them in marketing whilst also making them feel in situ.
