LeMieux SS26 AD Creative
LeMieux's 2026 Spring Summer collection centres around five new colours. With increased quantity of lifestyle pieces and a playful yet natural approach to principal photography, SS26 needed a vast range of creative across paid ads to deliver a varied yet cohesive campaign spanning months of product releases and focused sales pushes.
Working closely with fellow designers in the marketing team at LeMieux, we developed a signature look for SS26 centring around a strong typeface and the new colours.
My role was to follow this look through the paid ads.
Colour Focused Wrapper
The goal was to create cohesion through varied outputs.
We decided to match collection colours with one another creating a primary and secondary. Therefore, any product or single colour focused ad will feature that second complementary colour within the collection. For example above, the Macaron focused grid ad showcases predominantly macaron, there's no doubt what colour we are pushing, but also features the darker colour Jungle.
This allows us to keep cohesion across the campaign even with varied ad types and output. From custom DPA frames to single product feature focused ads. From product/colour grids to lifestyle focused ads.
Truly the volume of content for this campaign is massive yet largely cohesive.
The motion language is bold and playful to match thematically.
I built templates for reuse, including sound and motion, with easy parameters to change for responsive changes needed for algorithm preferences. Therefore, we could deliver quickly something cohesive in all sizes for every use case. For example, I built a grid template inspired by an old handheld game. We launched with a SS26 grid ad and subsequently had each colour follow. We later adopted this template for a Toy focused ad. In total this one template resulted in 28 exports for 7 ads.
